From a record-breaking collegiate career to global success on the world stage, Ally has established herself as one of the premier midfielders in women’s lacrosse. Known for her relentless energy, dynamic playmaking, and leadership on both sides of the ball, she continues to raise the standard for excellence in the sport.

 

Ally’s journey began at Stony Brook University, where she quickly made her mark as a freshman, earning All-America East and All-Rookie Team honors. Over the next four years, she became a dominant force—collecting five All-American selections, multiple America East Midfielder of the Year titles, and twice earning recognition as a Tewaaraton Award nominee. By the end of her career, she ranked among Stony Brook’s all-time leaders in goals, points, ground balls, and draw controls—cementing her place as one of the most accomplished players in program history.

 

In 2021, Ally was drafted 2nd overall in the inaugural Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse Draft, kicking off her professional career. Since then, she’s been a consistent standout—finishing as high as 3rd overall on the AU leaderboard in 2024. That same year, she helped lead the U.S. to gold in Utica, NY, where she was named Tournament MVP and selected to the All-World Team.

 

Representing the red, white, and blue has remained a defining part of Ally’s story. She won gold with Team USA at the 2022 World Lacrosse Championships, the 2024 Women’s Box Championships, and again in 2025 at the World Games in Sixes. That same year, she helped lead Team USA to the Atlas Cup title and was drafted 10th overall to the WLL All-Star Game—continuing to prove her elite versatility and impact at every level.
