Group Sessions

Small Group Training: 2-4 players

Small group sessions are recommended for siblings, club or high school teammates, or players who thrive in a more team-oriented environment. While players or parents are responsible for organizing their own group when booking, each session is still individually tailored to the goals and needs of every athlete within the group.

Large Group Training : 5+ players

Large group sessions are recommended for players looking for high reps, situational coaching, lacrosse IQ development, and a more game-like environment. Each session is designed around the group’s needs and builds upon previous training, while still providing individual coaching and feedback. Players or parents are responsible for organizing their own group when booking.

Private Sessions

One on one training 

Private sessions are ideal for players who thrive in a one-on-one coaching environment. Each session is tailored to meet the athlete’s specific goals and needs, providing personalized feedback and focused skill development. Athletes of all ages and skill levels are welcome to sign up for private training.
